Yoga

I received my 200 hour Vinyasa certification from Joschi Yoga Institute in New York City, and I am registered with Yoga Alliance. Although I am open to trying all forms of yoga, I chose to do my certification in Vinyasa because the logical sequence of the poses allows the brain to make room for other foci, whether more physical, spiritual, or a combination of both. My class honors that philosophy, but also draws from my dance background: injury prevention, alignment, and body awareness are key elements. Yoga is for everybody, and I want to provide an experience that celebrates the uniqueness of each individual.
