About Me!

I am a Vinyasa Yoga instructor and a freelance writer and dancer. I am based out of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where I live with my fiance and 2 kitties. In addition to yoga and dance, my favorite things are reading food blogs, the color blue, and the fabulous city of New York.
